We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@sortlogic.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), SortLogic will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
